Responsibilities

  • Own the product design process — from discovery to delivery. Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and ship impactful experiences across product teams.
  • Drive clarity and alignment in a fast-changing environment. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, identifying where design can bring focus and unlock progress.
  • Champion user‑centered design. Conduct research, gather insights, and translate them into actionable design decisions that balance user needs and business goals.
  • Design elegant, scalable interfaces that make complex workflows intuitive. Build and refine patterns across our custom web and Salesforce applications to maintain consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate deeply. Join discussions early, influence product direction, and bring a systems‑thinking approach to cross‑team challenges.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system. Ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across all products.
  • Prototype and test quickly. Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and teammates to iterate and validate concepts.
  • Leverage AI and modern design tools to enhance speed, insight, and creativity throughout your process.
  • Stay Current. Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends, best practices, and other emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
