Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform: from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligning business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders to set a clear direction and bring teams together to deliver on it.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and the business to build and ship high-impact features, facilitating collaboration across disciplines.
  • Prioritize initiatives effectively, making tough trade-offs, clearly articulating the reasoning behind prioritization, and ensuring focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions: design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and dig into data to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide learning and continuous iteration, celebrate wins and drive learnings for future product improvements.
  • Act as the internal champion for your product area: develop deep subject matter expertise and ensure visibility and understanding of your product’s impact across the company.
