Senior Product Manager – Website and Acquisition. Lead the website strategy and roadmap to serve PLG and Sales-Led motions, optimising the funnel from first visit to signup. Define strategy and own execution of product as an acquisition channel, leveraging product experiences to generate high-quality leads. Analyse user behaviour using data from analytics platforms and qualitative research to identify friction points and opportunities. Design and execute experiments to optimise conversion rates and lead qualification across the website and acquisition funnel. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other product teams to ensure a seamless user experience and effective lead handover. Develop strategies to increase lead education on the website. Optimise for SEO and technical health, working closely with engineering and marketing. Manage complex stakeholder relationships balancing requests to deliver a cohesive and high-performing website experience. Requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, experience with A/B testing and data-driven mindset, proficiency in Google Analytics, Amplitude and SQL, proven product management in a Website team serving PLG and Sales-Led motions, deep customer empathy, strong business acumen, and a passion for solving problems creatively. Reporting to PLG Director.
