- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with demonstrated experience in high-volume complex scheduling environments
- Hands‑on fluency with AI tools in daily work, with the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it
- Proven ability to own and improve processes, with examples of leading projects or initiatives that drove measurable impact
- Strong partnership skills: ability to work alongside Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers as a collaborative, trusted advisor

Responsibilities
- Automation Supervision: Run and oversee scheduling tools for the pod, checking outputs and deciding when human intervention is needed
- Pipeline & Capacity: Serve as subject‑matter expert on pod pipeline, surface bottlenecks, flag capacity concerns, and recommend prioritizations
- Complex Scheduling: Own end‑to‑end management of high‑stakes scenarios such as changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Escalations: Own the escalation path for the pod, flag patterns, and drive resolution
- Project Work: Own projects from problem definition to adopted solution
- Coverage: Coordinate coverage during absences and surges to maintain candidate experience
- Candidate Experience: Keep the experience high‑touch and warm, handling recoveries when automation falters
