- You have experience in building backend systems for large-scale applications
- You have demonstrated experience in a technical guidance capacity, successfully guiding project teams and establishing strategic technical direction
- You are proficient in multiple programming languages. While we remain language agnostic, it is worth mentioning that this team primarily works with C# as language of choice
- Someone with academic background preferably in Engineering courses, such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields
- You have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
- You thrive in dynamic environments and find them energizing
- You can effectively communicate in English and Portuguese
- You are hands‑on and curious about AI, using LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools to boost speed, quality, and clarity in your workflow, while staying thoughtful about their limitations, safety, and responsible use
