- Deep proficiency with modern front-end: TypeScript, React, Next, GraphQL, and CSS3
- Solid command of automated testing: the different types and when to use each
- Experience as a technical reference: guiding teams, setting front-end direction, and lifting the engineers around you (including a hand in hiring)
- You connect technical choices to customer and business impact

- Build and maintain large-scale, resilient front-end applications that run 24/7
- Set the bar on front-end quality: architecture, testing strategy, performance, accessibility
- Act as a technical reference, mentor other engineers, and take an active part in hiring
- Use AI as a daily multiplier in your workflow, with judgment about its limits and responsible use
