Skills

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on full-stack development
  • Experience building tools, platforms, or infrastructure for technical users
  • High agency and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to quickly develop deep understanding of complex technical domains
  • Strong product instincts and ability to identify the right problems to solve
  • Proficiency with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Python
  • Track record of building user-facing applications that are actively used
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Motivation by Anthropic's mission and care about societal impacts

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain full-stack applications and infrastructure that researchers use daily
