Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Discovery: Plan and conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviors, and pain points. Synthesize insights into clear problem definitions and opportunity areas.
  • Facilitate Design Sprints: Run 1–2 week sprints to collaboratively explore and test new ideas with your cross‑functional team.
  • Design for AI Experiences: Help define how users interact with AI tools and agents, crafting flows that address trust, control, and explainability.
  • Prototype & Test: Create wireframes, flows, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma. Test and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Tell the Story: Communicate design decisions clearly, using storytelling to bring user problems and solutions to life.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with ML engineers, PMs, and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical capabilities.
  • Support Experiments: Participate in scoping lean experiments that allow the team to learn fast and iterate responsibly.
  • Mentor & Uplift: Share best practices, give feedback, and help raise the bar across the team.
