Over the course of two exciting years, you’ll take on three goal-oriented assignments that will give you broad exposure to our business, help you build a strong foundation in Siemens Mobility, and allow you to experience our company from different perspectives.

One of these assignments will take place abroad at one of our global locations, where you'll enhance your intercultural skills and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Professional:

Work with senior leaders, legal, engineering, and other areas to develop commercial and technical success strategies.

Build relationships with contacts across the rail infrastructure market.

Develop an opportunity pipeline (short and long term), evaluate and communicate market trends to help set up a current and future sales strategy.

Develop an understanding of different signaling technologies and the ability to understand customer requirements and apply the best solution for a given application.

Actively participate in developing project estimates and proposals by analyzing drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to help prepare time, cost, material, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services for the railroad and rail transit signal system market.

Understand and drive the review of contractual requirements and technical specifications to determine a winning sales approach.

What you bring:

  • An excellent Master’s, Diploma, or Doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering (technical or business focus)
  • Relevant practical experience in the industrial, construction, or mobility sector (max. 3 years between Bachelor and Master, max. 1 year after graduation)
  • At least 4 months of international experience (study or work abroad)
  • A strong passion for Sales
  • Fluency in English/Spanish and Portuguese (C1–C2 level)
  • Flexibility and mobility throughout the program
