As a part of BCG’s X Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and strategy, collaborating with consulting teams around the world, applying software development expertise across a variety of ambitious and ground‑breaking international projects. Your responsibilities include collaborating with consulting teams to advance BCG’s Consulting & BCG X teams by providing critical software development insights and speeding up project execution. The role seeks technologically adept engineers with strong coding skills, experience in web development frameworks, API development, cloud computing, database management, and additional skills such as Spark, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and emerging technologies. Fluency in Portuguese and English, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and at least 6+ months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience are required.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience

  • 6+ months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience

Skills

  • Strong coding skills and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, Ruby, Rust, C#
  • Experience with Typescript or JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Angular
  • Solid experience in creating APIs using REST or GraphQL
  • Familiar with AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Skilled in both relational and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Neo4j, and Redis
  • Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or similar systems
  • Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.
  • Tech curiosity with interest and exposure to technologies like AR/VR, IoT, AI, Blockchain
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices using Terraform, Chef, Puppet, or Ansible
