Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain products and tools—including console, SDKs, docs, and observability—to support developer experience.
  • Develop access programs, tooling, and product work for beneficial deployments such as nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, and research programs.
  • Create industry-specific AI products for verticals such as financial services, life sciences, and healthcare.
  • Build enterprise AI products, including extensibility, contextual knowledge, and proactive features for large organizations.
  • Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data‑driven growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering managers, product leaders, designers, and researchers across teams.
  • Own technical quality across the stack and scale solutions to a global user base.
