As a Staff Solution Architect in the Business Applications team, you will build solutions at global scale and deliver a world-class Marketing and Sales experience for the UberEats business. You will accelerate the value of architecture across the GoToMarket Tech stack by embedding architectural mindset and principles into engineering processes and talent, collaborating with leaders and senior individuals across the company, and driving an IT roadmap that scales and matures capabilities.

Experience
8-10 years in Marketing and Sales domain and tooling
Lead discovery and solution design workshops with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps; translate goals into target-state architectures, author diagrams/data contracts, and align designs to EA standards, security and compliance.
Build compelling demos & POVs by configuring campaigns, journeys, scoring and handoffs in Marketo/Pardot/HubSpot/Eloqua integrated with Salesforce; prototype personalized experiences and automation and present recommendations to executive and non-technical audiences.
Orchestrate integrations & data quality by mapping schemas and identities across MA, CRM and adjacent systems; design and configure APIs/ETL, field-level sync and governance (consent, PII, retention) and establish monitoring/SLAs for unified customer view.
Win deals with technical leadership by owning the technical narrative in RFPs/RFIs, security reviews, LOEs/SOW inputs, creating enablement docs and reference patterns, and collaborating in Agile/DevOps with Product/Engineering for smooth hand-offs.
