Habilidades
- Knowledge of SAP-PM, MM, and WM
- Experience with ERP / CMMS (SAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Inventory management and warehousing skills
- Experience with ABC curve and inventory indicators
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance materials
- Understanding of criticality and spare parts
- Conflict management skills
- Leadership, training, and development abilities
- Decision-making under pressure and problem-solving skills
- Performance indicator assessment and interpretation
- Clear communication and presentation skills
Responsabilidades
- Supervise the inventory team across 3 Cimed sites
- Oversee receipt, storage, organization, and dispatch of maintenance materials
- Ensure correct identification, labeling, and preservation of items in stock
- Control minimum, maximum, and reorder point inventory levels
- Monitor inventory turnover, obsolescence, and low-movement materials
- Support definition of critical inventory based on asset criticality (ABC curve)
- Reduce losses from expiration, damage, or improper storage
- Collaborate with PCM for maintenance scheduling
- Ensure availability of materials for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance
- Support asset reliability through proper spare parts management
- Assist the team in creating warehouse indicators
- Ensure proper material movement and traceability in SAP following compliance policies
- Supervise periodic and general inventories with high accuracy
- Standardize warehouse processes, procedures, and operational flows
- Manage labor, vacation, and irregularities of team members
- Oversee warehouse action plans, continuous improvement anomalies, and failure analyses
- Conduct warehouse meetings
- Ensure completion of traceability forms and compliance with internal and external audits
- Plan and prioritize service orders with Production, Quality, and Safety to minimize plant impact
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Act as an active agent of company culture and policies
- Provide availability for three shifts and factory visits on non-working days when needed across all Cimed sites
