Habilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or related field
- Prior experience leading HR
- Generalist experience in Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Labor Relations, and Internal Communication
- Advanced level of English for reading, writing and conversation
- Availability for on-site work in Camaçari-BA
Responsabilidades
- Manage benefits, contracts, cost analysis and performance of service providers
- Track market trends and propose improvements to benefit packages
- Coordinate personnel administration, including admissions, terminations, vacations and other HR processes
- Coordinate employee movement processes (promotions, adjustments, transfers) and communicate changes
- Manage the offboarding process ensuring analysis and validation of impacted areas
- Conduct salary survey and develop reports/KPIs to evaluate positioning and competitiveness
- Implement salary structure and compensation policies
- Evaluate and approve remuneration for new positions in collaboration with management
- Define compensation panels and monthly indicators
- Support management with reports and occupational health and labor relations processes
