Habilidades
- Technical training in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Automation or related areas
- Professional experience as Process Technician, Production Technician or related industrial process activities, preferably in automotive industry or manufacturing
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve process anomalies and problems in a factory environment
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement considered a differentiator
- Desirable knowledge in OEE, UPPH, poka-yoke, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Good communication, organization and teamwork skills
- Availability for shifts as needed by the operation
Responsabilidades
- Achieve and ensure execution of production processes, ensuring compliance with defined standards for assembly line workstations
- Perform inspections and process analysis on the production line, verifying equipment, tools, devices and production means, identifying and treating anomalies
- Analyze and solve problems related to the production process, including assembly failures, manufacturing defects, process deviations and line stoppages, aiming to maintain continuity and stability of production
- Act on continuous improvement of processes, contributing to increased productivity and efficiency indicators such as UPPH and OEE, and reducing losses, rework and defects
- Implement and monitor preventive failure actions, including poka-yoke devices, improvements in tools, methods and process parameters, aiming to increase product quality and reliability
