A typical day can include: Become a hands‑on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, broaden your experience and skillset within Human Capital Management; understand customer requirements to convert worker data for the Workday solution, with support from consultants on your team; develop strong and trusting relationships with other members of the project team; understand and apply Workday and Strada methodologies; contribute to Strada’s financial performance by delivering excellence and managing your work on several concurrent projects. You bring knowledge and expertise: strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; clear and articulate oral and written communication skills; ability to work and learn independently as well as on a team; willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies; ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines; accept and adapt to change, and understand that change is constant and necessary to consistently excel; desire to grow your career as a consultant; English Advanced; experience with MS Office Suite programs; experience with SQL favourable. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or candidates who are in their final academic year. Location: Granada, Spain.
