Working Student – Android Automotive Development at Cinemo

As a Working Student – Android Automotive Development, you’ll be part of our dynamic Development Team, contributing to real-world automotive infotainment projects. You’ll learn from experienced engineers and make meaningful contributions to the next generation of in‑car technology. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Software Engineering Team, work directly with the Android Automotive OS (AAOS) source code, develop sample applications and production‑level features in C++ and Java, and create automated tests in Python using a Selenium‑like environment. What you will need to succeed: active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or a related field, genuine interest and motivation for programming (C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or similar), personal coding experience or side projects – ideally involving embedded systems (e.g., Raspberry Pi, Arduino), located in the Karlsruhe area with availability of 15–20 hours per week.
