This first‑of‑its‑kind role as a Technical Program Manager in Recruiting Technology will own the planning and execution rhythm that connects recruiting technology teams, drive technical interconnection of systems, and provide Recruiting leadership with a single coherent view of priorities, dependencies, and progress. The role involves building and running a cross‑team roadmap, leading integration across third‑party platforms and internal tooling, partnering with engineering and AI teams to embed Claude into the recruiting workflow, and shaping the long‑term TPM support model for the People organization. Candidates should have strong program management experience, technical depth in systems integration, and a passion for leveraging AI to transform core business functions.

Skills

  • 6+ years of technical program management experience
  • Track record of building cross‑functional programs from scratch
  • Experience driving planning and execution across teams without a reporting line
  • Technical depth in systems integration (APIs, data flows between SaaS platforms)
  • Understanding of ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stacks
  • Ability to build trust with engineers, recruiters, analysts, and executives
  • Enthusiasm for using AI to transform core business functions
  • Background in recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech product management
  • Experience integrating AI or LLM‑based tooling into operational workflows
  • Familiarity with headcount planning and workforce planning
  • Experience teaching partner teams how to work with technical program management

Responsibilities

  • Build and run the cross‑team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology
  • Drive the highest‑priority cross‑team programs end‑to‑end, including scoping, trade‑off decisions, and delivery
  • Lead the technical interconnection work across third‑party platforms, internal custom tooling, and the data and analytics layer
  • Partner with engineering and AI teams to integrate Claude deeper into the recruiting workflow
  • Connect recruiting to company‑wide planning by linking roadmaps to headcount needs
  • Own build‑vs‑buy and vendor evaluations, including security, contract, and integration trade‑offs
  • Establish program infrastructure: governance, status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation paths
  • Help define the durable model for TPM support in the People organization
