Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Sumsub platform issues for B2B clients
  • Perform technical analysis of reported problems and define resolution plans
  • Interact daily with engineers to provide action plans or take ownership of escalation cases
  • Collaborate with other teams to answer clients' technical questions, acting as liaison between client and internal resources
  • Communicate with clients using chat, email, and outbound calls
