Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for Sumsub platform issues for B2B clients
- Perform technical analysis of reported problems and define resolution plans
- Interact daily with engineers to provide action plans or take ownership of escalation cases
- Collaborate with other teams to answer clients' technical questions, acting as liaison between client and internal resources
- Communicate with clients using chat, email, and outbound calls
